Multinational Export Bureau (Textile Manufacture)

M/s Multi-national Export Bureau are hosiery manufacturer and exporter. With over 500 employees and a sister dyeing unit, they cover the entire process from dyeing to packing. Knitting is outsourced. They are using Business Patterns Ver 2-4 since 2004. The systems implemented include Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Purchases and Production. Production process covers outside processing for knitting and dyeing. Whereas cutting, stitching, finishing and packing is done in-house. The system includes merchandizing and estimation through costing sheets.

Shahsons Private Limited (Stationary Manufacturing)

M/S Shahsons is one of the most prominent manufacturers of stationery items; Picasso Pen and Goldfish Pencils are their prominent brands. They are using Ver 2-4 since 2004. With over 500 employees they cover the entire process from imports, local purchases, manufacturing, sales and exports of their products. Payroll module is in process of implementation.

Ghousia Foods (Process Manufacturing and Exporters)

M/s Ghousia Foods are manufacturers and exporters of food items such as rice, vermicelli, Spices etc. They are using Business Patterns Ver 2-4 since early 2005. With over 50 employees they are using the compete ERP modules including inventory, purchases, exports, sales, imports, production, accounts, receivables and payables.

Irfan Noman Bernas (Rice Processing and Exports)

M/s Irfan Noman Bernas are major rice processor and a leading exporter of the country. They have been awarded export trophy several times. They are a joint venture with the Malaysian group Bernas and have around 100 employees. They have acquired Business Patterns Ver2-4 in mid 2005. Currently Accounts and purchasing have been implemented. Production, inventory, sales, exports, payroll are in the process of implementation.

Chas A. Mendoza: Medicam Group of Companies (Pharmaceuticals)

M/s Chas A. Mendoza are one of the Medicam Group of Companies and a distinguished local player in the pharmaceuticals industry. This Nanitalwala company has over 200 employees and have an elaborate business covering imports, local purchase, manufacture, sales, marketing of pharmaceutical products. The products are lot controlled under the strict guidelines. Business Patterns Ver. 2-4 has been implemented. They are using accounts, receivables, payables, purchase, imports, payroll and production. The marketing module to track distributors and manage sales force is being implemented.

Al Wakeel Enterprises (Yarn Processing)

M/s Al Wakeel Enterprises are in Yarn Twisting business which is a component part of the textile sector. They have bought Business Patterns Ver. 2-4 in 2005. With over 50 employees, they would be implementing the Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, and Sales.

Ashary’s (Service)

Ashary’s is a prominent firm specializing in furnishing, interior decoration and kitchen furniture and kitchen setups. Ashary’s is using the finance and accounting module since 2002. They have recently upgraded to the multi-company financial module of Business Patterns Version 2-4. They have over 50+ employees. Currently they are planning to implement sales, purchase and inventory modules of the new version.

Far Eastern Impex (Process Manufacturing)

Far Eastern Impex are importers of raw materials that they use in the process manufacturing of essence and flavors. These essence and flavors is an essential input in a wide range of products such as candies, cola, etc. With over 50 employees, they have integrated operations linking their purchases, imports to manufacturing, and sales. They are using Ver 2-4 since 2004. Modules implemented include: Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, production, Purchases, Imports. Payroll is being implemented. The product is under lot controlled and quantities are managed meticulously to control natural losses due to evaporation.

Haji Khuda Bux (Cotton Trading)

M/s Haji Khuda Bux are cotton traders and have offices in the Cotton Exchange. They acquired the payroll module of Business Patterns Ver 2-3 in 2003 and are successfully using it.

Karsaz Textile (Textile Manufacturing)

M/s Karsaz Textiles are Hosiery Manufacturers and Exporters that are in the process of implementing Business Patterns Ver 2-4. With around 300 employees, the process of implementing purchases, inventory and production module is in progress.

Business Patterns: Version 1-5

Timber Graduate (Paper Trading)

M/s Timber Graduate are traders of local and imported paper. Since 2002, they are using the complete Business Patterns Ver. 1-5 with accounts, receivables, payables, inventory, sales, purchases, and costing. Their comfort with the product has encouraged them to acquire the software for their sister concerns also. They have 20+ employees.

Plastipack Machines (Plastic Packaging)

M/s Plasticpack Machines are in the business of Plastic Packing. With around 30 emloyees, they have been using the full range of our functionality available in Business Patterns Ver 1-5 since 2002. Modules implemented include: Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, Purchases with costing.

Hasan Engineers (Service)

M/s Hasan Engineers are civil Engineers and Consultants with 20+ employees. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-5 since 2002. Currently they are using accounting module and are tracking their projects through innovative use of accounting segments available in Ver 1-5. They are maintaining multiple projects through their business units.

Decent Packages (Packaging Manufacturing)

M/s Decent Packages are cartons manufacturers. They are using Business Patterns ver. 1-5 since 2003. With over 100 employees they have an extensive manufacturing operations. They are using the full potential of the Business Patterns through the Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

Aftab Food Industries (Food Processing)

M/s Aftab Food Industries are manufacturers, packers and processors of food products. The produce is exported and also sold locally through an organization consisting of about 30 employees. Business Patterns Ver. 1-5 has been installed since 2003 and is extensively being used to cover the business processes of Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

Chemi Visco Fibre (Ryan Manufacturing)

One of the Chemi group of companies, M/s Chemi Visco Fibre are in to manufacture of Ryan. With over 100 employees, they have their manufacturing facility at Nawabshah and their sales, purchase, accounting and other processes are controlled from Karachi head office. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-5 since 2003. Currently running modules include Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

Fahad Ali AL-Biabi, Saudi Arabia (Trading)

M/s Fahad Ali Al-Biabi in Dammam, Saudi Arabia are traders of food products. They are a good example of the assimilation of Business Patterns Ver 1-5. Implemented since 2003, the modules running satisfactorily for this 30+ employee company and include Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases. Through a collaboration, they have sold and implemented Business Patterns in Saudi Arabia to at least one other client. That client is maintained by Fahad Ali Al Biabi.

Aftab Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd (Spare parts Manufacturing)

M/s Aftab Technologies are manufacturers of Auto Spare Parts and are suppliers of parts for major models in Karachi. With around 200 employees, they are using Business Patterns Ver 1-5 since 2003. Currently they are using the accounts, payables and receivables modules. They are currently negotiating for the purchase of Ver 2-4 with the entire range of modules.

Saeesons Pvt Ltd (Packaging Manufacturing)

M/s Saeesons are cartons manufacturers. They are using Ver 1-5 since 2004. With around 100 employees they are using Business Patterns modules including Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

Orient Engineering and Services Consultant (Services)

M/s Orient Engineering are traders, lenders and maintainers of generators. They rent, service, repair and sell generators of all sizes. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-5 since 2004. With over 50 employees, they are using Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

Front Line International (Trading)

M/s Front Line are in the trading of vaccines. With around 10 employees, they are using Business Patterns Ver 1-5 since 2004. The modules implemented include Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

Zeenat 26th (Trading)

M/s Zeenat 26^th are traders of carpets and furniture. With around 20 employees, they are using Business Patterns Ver 1-5 since early 2005. Currently they are using Accounts and are planning to widen the implementation to other areas.

Quality Cartons (Packaging Manufacturing)

M/s Quality Cartons are into packaging manufacturing. They acquired Business Patterns Ver 1-5 in 2005. With over 50 employees, they are using Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

Saya Industries (Trading)

One of our earlier clients, Saya Industries are involved in the trading of wires and accessories which they buy from their sister concern and sell at retail. It is a very good example of a very thriving business in a typical business environment making excellent use of computer technology. They typically have a continuous stream of customers that are serviced from multiple stores and have achieved remarkable integration. They maintain a serialized inventory of the coils of wires and have an elaborate process of tracking returns and advances with around 20 employees. Saya Industries is successfully using our initial Business Patterns Ver. 1-2 since 2002. The package consists of Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases with costing. They are currently contemplating moving to our new version.

ABS Products (Textile Accessory Manufacturers)

M/s ABS Products are manufacturers and exporters of hangers and are suppliers to major textile firms. They are using Business Patterns Ver. 1-2 since 2002 including the following modules: Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

Litho Craft Printers (Services)

M/S Litho Craft Printers are in the services business. They are printers and graphic designers. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-2 accounting module since 2003. They have around 20 employees.

Trio Graphics (Services)

M/s Trio Graphics are Printers and Graphic Designers. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-2 since 2003. They have around 20 employees.

Atee and Co (Services)

M/s Atee and Co are in the trading, filling and repair of Car A/C, Refrigerators. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-2 since 2003. With around 10 employees, they are using the full range of modules of Ver 1-2 including Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases

Mehran Associates and Companies (Services)

M/s Mehran Associates are engineers and consultants. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-2 since 2003. With around 50 employees, they are only using the accounts module.

Tai Corporation (Services)

M/s Tai Corporation are engineers and consultants. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-2 since 2003. With around 30 employees, they are only using the accounts module.

Ma ~ Neo ~ Petrochemicals (Services)

M/s Ma ~ Neo ~ Petrochemicals are engineers and consultants. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-2 since 2003. With around 30 employees, they are only using the accounts module.

M/s El-Kausar are in the trading of hardware tools. They are using Business Patterns Ver 1-2 since 2003. Implemented modules include Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Sales, and Purchases.

· Jamals Yellow Pages (Event Management) For M/s E-Commerce Gateway and Jamal Yellow Pages, E-Patterns provided the Event Management Consultancy for the strategizing, planning, organization and management of ITCN-2001, ITCN-2002 and ITCN-2003 exhibitions, conferences, gala dinners and other related promotion events. From original conception of the event to its running management structures, consultancy was provided as a director of the management committee.
· IT consultancy for Pakistan Steel Mills: The project awarded in October 2004 is currently in progress. Dr. Irfan Hyder is leading the project that involves development of IT strategy, selection of vendors and implementation facilitation for the massive IT up-gradation project. Up-gradation has been divided into two projects; Project-A concerned with the up-gradation of their existing proprietary network to a state of the art TCP/IP based LAN/WAN campus network of over 700 planned nodes. Project-B deals with the up-gradation/replacement of their mainframe application to an ERP solution.
· Project planning consultancy for POF computerization: The project consultancy was led by Dr. Irfan Hyder and an exclusive team hired for the purpose and stationed at Wah Cantt. The project involved development of IT strategy and its implementation. Coordination, planning and supervision of the implementation of the new application at 14 factories and 18 departments of POF.
